Ally Pickard is a dedicated community leader with over 15 years of experience in financial management and administrative excellence. Currently serving as the Grant and Contract Analyst for Community Integrated Health Services, she has honed her skills in budgeting, grant management, and strategic planning—ensuring that every dollar is well spent for the betterment of her community. Her extensive background, from managing financial operations in both public institutions and private enterprises to providing executive support, has given her a unique perspective on building efficient, people-focused organizations.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ally is deeply committed to community service. As an active volunteer as a Sunday school teacher and a devoted mother and wife, she embodies the values of service, integrity, and collaboration. Whether it’s fostering local initiatives or streamlining administrative processes, her passion for making a difference drives her every decision.
